Dr. Oney spent much of his academic career researching and developing Deep Ocean Water and Ocean Thermal Energy Conversion (OTEC) technologies at the Natural Energy Laboratory of Hawaii where he was working with the Pacific International Center for High Technology Research and the Solar Energy Research Institute.
Since 2001, he has focused his professional career on the development of Deep Ocean Water technologies and serves as Executive Vice President of OCEES International Inc.
For the past 3 years, Dr. Oney has been instrumental in OCEES’ rapid and continued success in identifying, securing, and developing Deep Ocean Water applications.
